How to Place an Order

After placing an order, a manager will contact the buyer within one business day to confirm product availability, configuration, price, payment method, manufacturing timeline, and delivery terms.

Orders placed or paid on a business day before 14:00 are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Prior to payment, the buyer receives complete information regarding:

• final product cost;
• delivery cost;
• cost of unloading and assembly/installation services, if ordered;
• preparation or manufacturing timeline;
• estimated order arrival time;
• total amount payable.

No additional mandatory charges are added after order confirmation without the buyer's explicit consent.

Prices

All prices on the website are listed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and include VAT.

The product price specified on its page does not change during order placement. Standard packaging and loading onto transport are included in the price.

Delivery, unloading, installation, and site/base preparation are not included in the product price unless expressly stated on the product page or in promotional terms.

The final order total, including all agreed additional services, is specified in the invoice and confirmed by the buyer prior to payment.

Payment Methods

Payment is made in UAH via bank transfer to the seller's current account.

When placing an order through the shopping cart, the buyer selects the payment method "Payment by Invoice". After order confirmation, the manager sends the invoice via email or an agreed messaging app.

The invoice can be paid:

• from a current account of an individual or legal entity;
• via mobile or online banking;
• at the cash desk of any bank.

The invoice is valid for three business days. If the invoice is not paid within this period, availability and price must be reconfirmed before payment.

Bank commission fees, if applicable under the buyer's bank tariffs, are paid separately by the buyer.

Along with the goods, the buyer receives statutory payment and accompanying shipping documentation.

Payment Terms for In-Stock Items

Items with the "In Stock" status are sold on a 100% advance payment basis.

Preparation and dispatch of goods begin after receipt of full payment into the seller's bank account.

Payment Terms for Made-to-Order Items

For standard custom-manufactured products and custom project equipment, an advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required.

The remaining 50% is payable upon notification of product readiness prior to shipment.

At the buyer's request, 100% payment of the order total in a single transaction is also accepted.

The prepayment amount, total cost, configuration, and production timeline are mandatory details specified in the invoice, specification sheet, or contract.

Preparation and Manufacturing Timelines

Estimated order fulfillment times:

• order confirmation — within 1 business day;
• preparation of "In Stock" items — 2–5 business days after receipt of full payment;
• manufacturing of standard catalog items — 10–30 business days after receipt of prepayment;
• manufacturing of large play complexes or custom project equipment — 30–45 business days after project approval and prepayment receipt.

The timeline begins on the next business day following payment receipt and confirmation of all technical specifications.

The exact execution period is stated in the order confirmation, invoice, specification sheet, or contract before payment is made.

Delivery Methods and Lead Times

Pickup (Self-delivery)

Self-pickup is available from the Tivoli Land warehouse at: 16 Bila St., Rivne, Ukraine.

Pickup is free of charge and possible by prior arrangement with a manager on business days from 09:00 to 18:00.

Once the order is prepared, the manager notifies the buyer of the date and time the items will be ready for collection.

Delivery of Small-sized Items

Small products, components, and equipment whose dimensions allow standard shipment are delivered via "Nova Poshta", "Delivery", or another agreed carrier.

Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 1–3 business days.

The exact shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs, communicated to the buyer, and agreed upon prior to payment.

The total estimated receipt time for small "In Stock" items is 3–8 business days after payment.

Delivery of Oversized Equipment

Playgrounds, sports complexes, outdoor fitness equipment, swings, park furniture, and other oversized equipment are delivered by:

• Tivoli Land corporate transport;
• dedicated freight truck;
• consolidated cargo (passing freight);
• carrier transport agreed with the buyer.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 1–5 business days.

Total estimated arrival time for oversized "In Stock" items is 3–10 business days after payment.

Total estimated arrival time for standard made-to-order items is 11–35 business days after prepayment.

Total estimated arrival time for custom-designed equipment is 31–50 business days after project approval and prepayment.

Oversized shipping cost depends on:

• dimensions, weight, and volume of the equipment;
• delivery address and distance;
• type of transport vehicle required;
• availability of consolidated cargo transport;
• access conditions at the unloading site;
• need for extra packaging or specialized machinery.

The final delivery cost is calculated after specifying the complete set and delivery address, communicated prior to payment, and listed in the invoice or order confirmation.

The agreed delivery price cannot be increased without the buyer's consent.

Unloading Services

Unloading of goods is not included in standard delivery costs unless specified otherwise in the order confirmation.

The buyer may organize unloading independently or order this service from Tivoli Land.

Estimated unloading cost ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 UAH depending on equipment weight, quantity, number of workers needed, and use of special machinery.

The exact unloading fee is communicated and approved prior to payment.

Equipment Installation & Assembly

Equipment installation is not included in the product price and must be ordered separately.

Estimated standard installation cost is 20–25% of the total equipment cost.

Standard installation cost does not include:

• preparation of soil or concrete base;
• excavation and construction works;
• dismantling of old equipment;
• utility connections;
• rental of specialized machinery;
• accommodation for the installation crew, if required.

The exact cost, scope of work, and installation timeline are detailed in a separate estimate and agreed with the buyer prior to payment.

Installation is an optional service and is not a mandatory condition for purchasing the goods.

Receiving the Order

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must inspect:

• packaging integrity;
• number of cargo packages;
• completeness of the order;
• compliance of goods with accompanying documents;
• absence of visible damage.

If damage is detected, it must be documented together with the carrier's representative, a formal claim act drafted, and Tivoli Land notified by phone at +38 (096) 796-66-44.

Signing the consignment note or delivery note without remarks confirms receipt of the goods in full quantity and without visible defects. This does not restrict the buyer's rights in case hidden defects are discovered later.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery may be temporarily unavailable to settlements located in temporarily occupied territories, active combat zones, or regions where carriers have suspended service.

Delivery availability to a specific address is checked during order processing.
